Naivasha is divided into three different areas: Naivasha Town, North Lake, and South Lake. Naivasha Town is a small city with shopping malls and many local businesses. Together with South Lake, they are the busiest areas in the vicinity with many local businesses, big tourist hotels, various farms and more. These areas provide all the comforts of modern life you could potentially wish for with many bars, nice restaurants, different shops and supermarkets. But it is also a very crowded, loud and rather hectic area.

North Lake is the complete opposite. It is a serene, peaceful and quiet environment with a strong residential feel. This is where two luxury lodges are located, Governors Camp Collection Loldia House and the Great Rift Valley Lodge. Apart from that the area mainly consists of farmland, wildlife corridors and conservancies, giving it the vibe of untouched African wilderness but with the comforts of modern life.

Our parcels are all located on North Lake. The parcels can be accessed by air with a private airstrip less than 5 minutes away. If you want to experience more of the land and its peoples, it is about a 2 hour drive from Nairobi on a tarmaced road with breathtaking views on the Great Rift Valley and Mount Longonot and many tea farms along the way. Both ways of travels have their merit indeed.

Activities & Attractions

You can go on walks, runs, horse rides or bike rides right outside your doorstep within the wildlife corridor. Less than 10 minutes from the settlement you can find a professional 18 hole golf course that is part of the Great Rift Valley Lodge. They offer attractive membership deals that allow you to use their facilities including their sport facilities, restaurants and bars whenever you wish.

Lake Naivasha itself offers many fun activities from boot safaris where you get to see hippos and lots of different bird species, to a trip onto Crescent Island where you can walk among Giraffes and other wildlife, to boot rides and wakeboarding activities.

North Lake is an ideal location for day trips and longer excursions. You can do a day trip to Nairobi, Mount Longonot, Hells Gate National Park, Soysambu Conservancy, Aberdares National Park or Nakuru National Park. You can do an excursion into the famous Masai Marai with regular scheduled flights leaving from the private airstrip just five minutes from your new home. If you wish to drive, it takes about 4 hours to the closest Masai Mara entry gate. Charter flights

And don't forget that your house will be in the middle of a wildlife corridor. So if you want to see animals you hardly have to leave your dream home! Naivasha is also world-famous for their bird population.
