If you expect frequent guests, would like to rent out a separate unit for additional income or would like to give your adult children a private space, there is the option of adding Impala House as a 2 bedroom guest house, self contained with its own living room and kitchen.

The 10 acre "Zebra" plot comes with architectural plans, exterior and interior renders for main house and guest house. We have developed the building plans as part of our package to help you get started. If you, however, have your own idea of what you want your dream home to look like, you are under no obligation to build according to our plans. You are free to alter the plan that we have developed or you can start again from scratch.
